Raymond Knights Track Club Speed and Strength Session

Get ready for all your spring sports with our speed and strength session. It will be held at Studio 8 every Monday and Thursday at 3:45pm - 4:45pm.

The emphasis will be circuit training with various strength and speed training exercises as well as using the spin bikes for conditioning. 

Each participant will receive a Knights Track Club t-shirt.

Mondays and Thursday at 3:45 pm for 6 Weeks.
Starts January 13 and ends February 27
Grades 7 - 12
No practice Family Week
Cost - $60
