Getting Started with MINDBODY for Existing Members
Here are some instructions on how to setup your MINDBODY account and app so you can start booking your classes. With all new software things are done slightly different and there is a bit of a learning curve but we want it to be as smooth as possible. If you need extra help feel free to call or come into the studio and we will be happy to help you setup your account.

Step 1: Start by Creating a Password
Search for “Studio 8 Fitness”
Click “Select” for our location
Click “Forgot Password” below the login fields
Enter your email from Wellness Living and click “Next”
Add your name as it was in Wellness Living
You will then get an email to reset your password
Note: If you don’t receive an email shortly after submitting your password reset, please check your junk mail folder.
Step 2: Download the app
Use the link below to download the app
Use “Continue with Email” to login
Enter your email and password
Please allow for notifications and to use your location when using the app to make it easier to find our studio
At the top or middle of the screen search for “Studio 8 Fitness” or if you have location settings turned on it should come up on the list.
Click the heart next to the name to make it a favorite
You can then view the schedule and book classes
If it is not giving you an option to use your pass when you book, check your profile to see that your pass has been synced. To do this, click “Profile” on the bottom right hand side of the app.
Then click “Your Passes” beneath your name
If you do not see your pass it may be one of two things. One is that you current do not have an active pass or if you have used your same email for a different business that uses MINDBODY. To find it, click on the “Missing one of your passes?”
